1. Comprehensive Coverage Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, which extends for 12 days from the date of your purchase. During this period, should your product fail due to quality or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no charge with the same or a comparable product.

2. Faulty Prints and Misalignments We take great pride in the quality of our custom designs. If your product arrives with faulty images, color inconsistencies, or any misalignment that affects the functionality (such as improper fitting of ports or camera cut-outs), please contact us immediately. We will promptly replace any product that does not meet our high-quality standards.

3. Easy Replacement Process If you encounter any issues with your product, simply reach out to us with a description and photos of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. In cases where a specific design is no longer available, we will offer a substitute from our latest collection of equal value.

4. Warranty Exclusions The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product, such as scratches or surface wear.
  • Loss or theft of the product.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be a replacement or a return.
