How long will my order take?
Production and shipping transit are separate. Refer to the product information and our Shipping Information. Custom project timelines are discussed before the order is finalized.
Can I return an item or cancel an order?

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Will printed surfaces have layer lines?
Minor layer lines, surface textures, and small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing. Products must still meet their descriptions and agreed specifications.
