Order Processing & Production

Indigo Inkworks specializes in 3D-printed products, including made-to-order items, personalized gifts, and custom-manufactured components.

Many of our products are manufactured after an order is placed rather than held in inventory.

Estimated production times:

• In-stock products: 1–2 business days

• Standard made-to-order products: 2–5 business days

• Personalized products: 3–7 business days

• Custom-designed or specialty parts: Quoted individually

These are estimates, not guaranteed completion times. More complex orders may require additional production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and available delivery options.

Packaging weight is included when determining shipping charges.

Delivery Times

Standard domestic shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. For example, a product requiring four business days to manufacture and five business days to ship may take approximately nine business days to arrive.

Delivery estimates may change due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unexpected production issues.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available unless specifically arranged and confirmed.

Custom Orders

Custom manufacturing projects may require additional time for design review, measurements, prototypes, material sourcing, or customer approval.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated before custom orders are finalized.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address correction is needed.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photographs when possible.

We will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
