1. General Terms

By using indigoinkworks.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Indigo Inkworks is operated by Oni Dynamics LLC.

2. Products and Orders

We offer 3D-printed products, personalized gifts, decorative items, specialty components, and custom manufacturing services.

Product colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly due to materials, manufacturing processes, and display settings.

We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled. If payment has been collected for a declined order, it will be refunded.

3. Custom Manufacturing

Customers requesting custom products must provide accurate specifications and confirm applicable design requirements.

Production begins after the necessary details are approved. Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or revised completion dates, subject to customer approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any designs, logos, or files they submit.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Custom work may be subject to a separate written quote accepted before production begins.

5. Production and Delivery

Production and shipping estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and in any applicable custom-order quote.

Estimates are not guarantees. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and made-to-order items may have different eligibility from standard products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Product Use and Safety

Follow any product-specific instructions, warnings, and intended-use limitations.

Decorative and cosplay items are not intended as protective equipment or functional tools unless expressly identified and validated for that purpose.

Customers should confirm suitability before using custom or replacement components in applications involving loads, heat, electricity, moving machinery, or safety-critical functions.

8. Intellectual Property

Indigo Inkworks branding, original product images, and proprietary designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners.

By submitting a design or file for manufacturing, you confirm you have the rights or authorization necessary for the requested use.

9. Website and Service Availability

We may correct errors in product descriptions, availability, and pricing, and may modify or discontinue products or website features.

If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indigo Inkworks and Oni Dynamics LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer.
