Return & Refund Policy

At Indigo Inkworks, we take pride in creating quality 3D-printed products. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Standard Products

Eligible, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Personalized products, custom-designed parts, commissioned items, and products manufactured specifically to customer specifications are generally nonreturnable for changes of mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by this reporting timeframe.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests for custom or made-to-order products will be reviewed individually based on work already completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

3D Printing Characteristics

Minor layer lines, surface textures, and small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not automatically considered defects.

Products must still meet their advertised descriptions and agreed specifications.
