What is the hidden chamber?

The hammer-head design includes an internal shot/ballast cavity intended to add mass and help reduce rebound. The intended construction uses a planned pause in the print while the chamber is accessible, followed by resumed printing that encloses the chamber under solid upper layers. The result is intended to have no externally accessible fill port, removable plug, or visible glue seam. The downloadable design does not include shot or other ballast. Confirm the cavity and closure in your own slicer before attempting a print; final sealing and structural performance are not certified.

This is a digital design, not a finished hammer. No printed part, ballast, filament or assembly hardware is supplied.

The model has not been impact-rated, qualified as non-marring, or validated for heavy-duty work. Wear eye protection; inspect prints for cracks and leaks; use protective barriers on finished surfaces. Never use a damaged print for impact work.
